Problem description:
The INDEX function returns a #VALUE error when optional 'row' and/or 'column'
arguments are omitted.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an instance of Calc.
2. Enter some data into the range A1:C3. Text and number mix is ok.
3. Launch the Function Wizard and double-click the INDEX function.
4. In the first argument select the range with the data in it.
5. Enter the row number into the optional second argument.
6. Leave the remaining arguments blank and click OK.
Current behavior:
Returns the #VALUE error.
Expected behavior:
Should return a reference to the row determined by the value entered in the
second argument.
