When there are multiple items with the same filename (from different
directories) displayed in the new StartCenter, navigate the mouse over one of
them to get the filename displayed as a tooltip, then quickly move the mouse to
another one (with same filename), and the tooltip remains at the old location,
making it look like it forgot to refresh. (Though the real issue arguably is
that the tooltips only contain filenames instead of full URIs.)
