Owen Genat <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |NEEDINFO --- Comment #1 from Owen Genat <[email protected]> --- I am not sure I agree with this enhancement request. Currently the CTRL+LEFT and CTRL+RIGHT key combinations (in Crunchbang 11 linux running v4.1.3.2) always jump to the beginning of the next word. This behaviour is consistent, whether for text in Writer, text in a cell in Calc, text on a slide in Impress, text in a text box in Draw, or while editing a formula in Writer. Changing this behaviour in the formula editor would seem inconsistent. Does the description here need adjusting to be clearer about what is being proposed i.e., a change to only the formula editor or to all cursor behaviour? Is this behaviour operating system dependent? Is the proposed behaviour when using CTRL+RIGHT then going to be WordBegin -> WordEnd -> WordBegin etc.? Is an option to allow user setting of a preference being suggested? I am setting the status to NEEDINFO until these matters are clearer. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
