Simple document with a lot of created effects.
Create a new presentation:
Create one object (text or figure).
Create 15 effects that do not fit in the box with the effects list.
Now select the latter effect.
Ensure you do not see the first effects of the list.
Press the button to up the latter effect to the penultimate position.
You just fail to see the current position of the effect of moving.
