Problem description:
links in the form of : 'file:///C:/example.xls'#$Projekte.B7
get *sometimes* shorten to: ='file:///C:/example.xls'#$''.B7
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open xls with link
2. Accept to Update linked files
3. *sometimes* (cant figuere out when) the problem gets applied to all links in
the document
