Currently stringex tool (l10ntools/source/stringmerge.cxx) handles only
<string>. In current android/sdremote/res/values/string.xml <plurals> is used,
too. We need to extend stringex to handle plurals, extract it to .po format and
merge it back from .po format. When merging back, we need to use the
information of "Plural-Forms:" header from .po file.
