If you installed via the libreoffice site (getting the deb package) this could very well be the issue. Try purging libreoffice completely, remove your libreoffice profile and install via ppa (if Mint supports ppa). We usually recommend not installing from libreoffice.org/download unless you're an expert because it can cause some major conflicts. Please try installing via ppa (again purge completely before and start with fresh profile). If you still face the problem please mark the bug as UNCONFIRMED and we'll go from there. Thanks!
