(That+#s also the reason http://packages.debian.org/sid/i386/browser-plugin-libreoffice/filelist exists as an extra package which people can install or not; it installs the plugin system-wide) And TTBOMK you can disable plugins locally in about:something so if the admin installed it you can still disable it? -> option moot.
