Problem description:
Exiting the fullscreenmode of pagepreview does not restore the menubar.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter pagepreview
2. Enter fullscreenmode
3. Exit fullscreenmode
4. Now the menus are lost!
5. workaround: press ESC, now the menu strangely shows up again
Current behavior:
the pagepreview fullscreenmode does not restore the menu after exiting. you
manually have to press ESC, which is secret knowledge, nobody expects this.
Expected behavior:
after returning from fullscreenmode, everything should be as before. the menu
not showing is clearly a bug.
