Problem description:
Date formatting is not is not functioning.
Steps to reproduce:
1. We copied some data from excel & We pasted in Libre Calc
2. After that we tried to change the Date format it is not formatting
Current behavior:
Formatting is not functioning for changed datatype cells.
Expected behavior:
Formatting should happen as per the data consist in the cell.
