LibreOffice and before OOo did that since the beginning. >From the point of view of text processor, you should prefer to define the size of the image in the page, not in pixels but in cm. Not sure too if the pixel/inch is a portable measure from paper to screen or another support. Indeed each support has its own pixel size. Set status back to unconfirmed. Best regards.
