Problem description:
I have made my own custom toolbar. I do not want to use the Standard Toolbar,
so have closed it. Every time I enter anything into any cell, the Standard
Toolbar opens in the middle of my screen.
Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:
Standard Toolbar stays "off"
