Problem description:
based on the help, i should be able to change color palette both from
object/area/colr and tools/options/colors
Steps to reproduce:
1. open the "options" window
2. open the libreoffice/colors
3. ....
Current behavior:
there are not open/save (palette) button
Expected behavior:
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.3.2 release
