Using the German version 3.4.5 on Debian Sid, I see that the items 'Open' and
'Templates' are not translated in the startcenter to German. The startcenter
stills shows 'Open' and 'Templates', although all other items are correctly
translated to German (e.g. Textdokument, Tabellendokument, ...).
