A few instances of the string:
"For certain features of the software - but not most - Java is required. Java
is notably required for Base."

We could put in a link to the KASKO Java builds from the Windows install
section.

For QA/reproducibility purposes, it wouldn't be a bad idea for us to archive
the builds we recommend for Windows, so that we could more easily "step back in
time" to a particular recommended system config.
