I ignored this message (Click on "Ignore") and continued the installation and LibreOffice was installed - at least in my case - correctly. As far as I know, the search filter host process is a background process that is used to update the index for Windows Search. It may take hours (or even longer) until the index is updated, but it should not effect the system performance significantly.
