Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an ODT document
2. Go back to Windows File Manager maximized
3. Double click on another password protected ODT document
Current behavior:
3. The Insert password dialog box opens under the file manager windows. The
user can't understand why the document is not opening.
Expected behavior:
3. The Insert password dialog box should open on top
