If the fist document contains some grafik named "image1" and the second
document contains also some grafik with the same name will be appear the error
message "Error while reading the file"
Test case:
- create textdocument with some grafik named "image1"
- create a second textdocument with some grafik with the same name
- click to the menu item "insert file"
- error message
Tested too with Libreoffice 4.1.4 RC1
