Problem description: In Calc with Kubuntu 13.10, impossible de modify the text
separator on a CSV file. The box "edit separator" is grayed out.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a CSV file
2. File/Save as
3. Box is grayed out
Current behavior: checkbox "edit separator" is grayed out
Expected behavior: checkbox "edit separator" is NOT grayed out :-)
Operating System: Ubuntu
