          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 72203
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: EDITING: in a table: moving upwards should go to the
last line of the cell, not to the first
          Severity: minor
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.1.3.2 release
         Component: Presentation
           Product: LibreOffice

Consider a table in Presentation/Impress that has cells with multiple lines.

When moving with the Down arrow in a cell, the cursor goes to the next line of
the cell. Then, when in the last line of the cell, pressing one more time the
Down arrow will move the cursor to the next cell. This is totally fine.

But now, you want to go back to the previous cell and press the Up arrow. What
happens is that the cursor moves to the *first line* of the previous cell,
while logic would imply you should go to the *last line* (the line right above
the cell when pressing the Up arrow).

I put the severity to minor as there is no major functionality missing and
workaround is obvious, but this is a daily annoyance when editing tables in
Presentation that slows down the users' workflow.
