          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 72339
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FORMATTING: Format, Cells..., Borders tab, Spacing to
                    Contents
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: Inherited From OOo
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:
OS: Win7
LiberOffice: 4.1.3.2

- This happens in Win7 Version of OpenOffice 4.0.0 as well.

- It does NOT happen in:
Linux Mint 16 Petra LiberOffice 4.1.2.3.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Format
2. Cells...
3. Borders tab
4. Spacing to Contents

Current behavior:

In Win7 Version:
- Format, Cells..., Borders tab, Spacing to Contents.
- Increased value to 7.0pt and pressed OK. The Cell
  was formatted properly.
- But when I closed and reopened the file, the formatting
  was gone!

NOTE: The file that was properly formatted in Linux box opened fine in the
Windows box version of LiberOffice and OpenOffice; edited and saved and
reopened fine.

This is reproducible.

Expected behavior:
- the content of the cell should have been spaced from
  the cell borders.
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: Inherited From OOo
