presentation file demonstrating the problem
In the attached 31-page presentation, if I type control-p, I get the Print
dialog. The print preview and the "Slides" field show only pages 1-7, instead
of 1-31.
If I put my cursor in the (Range and copies) Slides text input, and type the
following, I get:
1 page 1
2 page 2
3 page 3
4 nothing * should get page 4
5 nothing * should get page 5
6 nothing * should get page 6
7 page 7
8 page 8
9 page 9
10 page 10
11 nothing * should get page 11
...
31 nothing * should get page 31
1-11 pages 1,2,3,7,8,9,10 * should get pages 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11
4- pages 7,8,9,10 * should get pages 4-31
