Problem description:

Changes to UI iconsets (toolbars, menus, etc) not applied nor saved.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Tools/Options/Libre Office/View
2. Select an icon style from drop down (default is "High Contrast')
3. Click OK
Current behavior: nothing happens. Same icons are used both in toolbars and
menus. The icon style in the drop-down list is back to "High Contrast'.
Expected behavior: icons in tollbars in menus are changed to reflect the
selected style.
This happens regardless of which icon set is selected and the change is not
saved when LO is restarted.
Both 3.6.7.2 and 4.1.3 installed on the same system (Xubuntu 12.10, XFCE).
Versions in-between not tested.
Additionally, the default style is "High Contrast', not 'Galaxy".
