I tried next step. 1. LibreOffice4.2.0 beta2 uninstall. 2. Folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\LibreOfficeDev 4" delete. 3. Folder "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOfficeDev delete. 4. LibreOffice4.2.0 beta2 install. 5. Launch LibreOfficeDev 4.2 6. Error dialog display. I use Windows 8 64bit. Best regards.
