Problem description:
I have a csv document that is produced by database output. Database produces
sign "-" (without double quotes) when there is no data for current field. When
data are imported into Calc "-" characters is imported as "-0" (without double
quote). I think it should be imported as text, but I can't mark whole column as
Text, because other cells in column can contain numeric values.
Steps to reproduce:
1. File | Open and select csv file (attachment text_file.csv).
2. Default fixed width and manually mark fields separations (attachment
import_window.png) and click OK button to start importing.
3. File gets imported, but character "-" is imported as "-0".
Current behavior:
Fields with "-" get imported as "-0".
Expected behavior:
Fields with "-" should be imported as "-" and become text fields.
