Steps to reproduce
1. Create a paragraph
2. Format -> Paragraph -> Indents & Spacing -> Spacing (Below paragraph) -> Set
to 120 mm. Click on OK
3. Check Indents & Spacing dialog again
Result:
99,99 mm is set instead of 120 mm
