Table of address labels

I cannot select certain empty cells in the table in the attached file. Placing
the mouse cursor in one of these cells just causes the cursor to jump
elsewhere. Note that this problem does not apply to cells with text already in
them. Using up/down arrow on the keyboard just misses out the affected cells.
Note that the table contains 2 columns, the problem only occurs in the left
column.

I believe that this bug might be connected with 32026 - data lost when dragging
and dropping between cells. I originally created this file to demonstrate that
problem but cannot reproduce it with the attached. For me, the two bugs usually
seem to happen together.

I can only overcome this problem by deleting blank rows which demonstrate this
problem and then inserting new rows. The effect is a bit random but the
attached should show the problem.
