Wizards On/Off button selected to be visible but disapperaing from toolbar...
The Forms Control toolbar is missing the Wizards on/off button.
Trying to make it visible by either:
a. Anchoring the toolbar, right-clicking > visible buttons > Selecting Wizards
on/off
b. Anchoring the toolbar, right-clicking > Customize Toolbar > selecting the
checkbok next to the Button
In both cases the button appears for a fraction and then disappears.
Stumbled on this by reading the Forms documentation and trying to ad grouped
radio boxes to a form.
