Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
[1] Open attached document.
[2] Position the cursor in front of the first word: "Normal".
[3] Move the cursor with arrow key to the right. When the rectangle is reached
the cursor is still visible inside the rectangle. Expected: not visible. You
can even change text now, which is not visible. Expected: No change of text, if
not visible.
[4] Go on moving the cursor to the right. When the text in the rectangle is
reached, it seems that the cursor belongs to this text. This is quite
irritating, particularly if you try to change the text in the rectangle and it
does not work.
