Problem description:
configuration for ctrl+shift+a doesn't save, starting Writer again returns to
default Left-To-Right
Steps to reproduce:
1. Tools/Customize/Keyboard Writer configuration, not global LibreOffice
2. Ctrl+Shift+A: Left-To-Right, Delete, Ok
3. Close Writer, Start Again, back to default
Note: If Quickstarter is running the configuration is remembered until this is
closed as well.
