LibreOffice should change slightly its splash screen, when a new version is
released (like 4.1, 4.2 etc)
A different (maybe more beautiful, changing pictures in background) splash
screen enhances perception that we have a new version, specially for regular
users. The number of the version could also be shown in big letters.
It is a simple enhancement and maybe good as a marketing strategy.
