Problem description: When using offset for page number field, pages starts
counting normally but numerating ends at 'real number of pages', contrary to
'real number of pages + offset'

Steps to reproduce(working with footer):
1. Insert -> Fields -> Page Number
2. Right mouse button on inserted field -> Fields... -> Offset=4

Expected behavior: Suppose, pages must be enumerated from 'offset' to 'num of
pages + offset'.

Steps to reproduce correct example (see attach):
1. Insert -> Fields -> Page Number. It is for footer.
2. Right mouse button on text area -> Paragraph... -> Text Flow -> Insert is
checked, With Page style is checked, Page Number is set to 'some page number'
(e.g. 5).
Operating System: Linux (Other)
