Hello Mechtilde,

I have just tested to create:
Open LO4.2.0.0beta2
Left pane: New Database
Database-Wizard appears → Connect to an existing database
Chose the database → MySQL
Chose ODBC → Chose the right connection and browse to the DB-Name
Next → Username → Password required → Test : works
Next → Save and proceed

All works well here without a problem. Could test it also with PostgreSQL or
Firebird, but the servers aren't running at this moment.
