Dear Jean-Baptiste,
Delay in responding, I forgot about my question using Hotmail only for it.
There is no problematic file, the problem is in the Open Office Spreadsheet
Calc software.I use very basic files, Spreadsheet 101 stuff. For instance, an
expense accumulator sheet, with amounts in a column with a total line. I made
an entry, hit Enter to complete the entry,Saved the file but left it open. When
I returned to it some time later, the cell where I leftthe cursor was blinking
with a line on the left side, similar to the cursor blink in any program.By
using the Escape key, the outline of the entire cell returned as it does in the
Calc system.
Other times I have noticed data missing in a multi-row calendar application I
prepared. This occurs in the cell where thecursor is left. Again the file
remains open for its use as a calendar. No blinking cursor, just missing
words.
The missing words can be recreated by using the Undo feature of Calc.
Two different problems, somehow connected to the cursos position. I have
uninstalled the software twice, but the problems persist.
Regards, Tom

Please, could you attach the file? Without the problematic file it is
impossible to investigate further. And explain, step by step, what should be
done to highlight the problem.

Best regards. JBF
