Problem description:
The difference between the 'Modify' and the 'Edit' buttons is in my opinion not
very clear.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Insert > Indexes and Tables > Bibliography Entry
2. Click 'Insert', then 'Close'
3. Select inserted short name and select 'Bibliography Entry' in context menu
Current behavior:
Wonder whether to click 'Modify' or 'Edit'
Expected behavior:
Have on button 'Edit' and one button 'Apply'
