I don't have MS-Word here, but I confirm that 'citizenship' appears on two
lines for me here on Ubuntu.

Given that there is font-substitution happening here (hence the reason that the
name 'Tahoma' appears in italics in the font-picker), I'm relatively
unsurprised that there might be some word-wrapping differences between Word and
Writer, especially on different OSes.

As the document renders as-expected using LO on Windows, I feel like things are
roughly working as expected.

What's your use-case here? What about using the same font on Windows and on
GNU/Linux?
