TESTING on Ubuntu 12.04.3 with
LibreOffice Version: 4.2.0.1 and
LibreOffice Version: 3.5.7

Repro steps:
1) Download and unzip file sample_files.zip
2) Open sample.emf and sample_correct.bmp in LibreOffice
3) Compare the two documents as displayed by LO

In 3.5.7:
Both display a blue graph

In 4.2.0.1:
Only the BMP displays w/a blue graph
