Seems to be working fine for two people using same Ubuntu 13.10 as you. So maybe you are not on latest Firefox? If not, could you try with that? In any case, trying different browsers seems to be the culprit in this bug. So if you can, please test as many as possible and report back. Setting to NEEDINFO until more detail is provided.
