Solver ruler changes the size when moved down
Using LibreOffice Calc 4.1.4.2 on Windows XP.
1. Tools | Solver
2. In "Limiting conditions" there is a side ruler. Click on ruler and move it
down. Notice that size of ruler gets changed it shrinks. The another problem is
the ruler can't be moved to the total bottom.
Expected. The size of ruler should not change, it should stay the same size
when moving down.
Now compare it to:
1. Data | Filter | Standard Filter.
2. Move the ruler and size of ruler does not change.
