          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 73049
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Calc constantly crashes on opening coplex ods
                    spreadsheets with array functions
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.1.4.2 release
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

Libreoffice Calc module constantly crashes on opening particular complex ods
file containing array formulas.

Program version Libreoffice 4.1.4.2, Linux Ubuntu 13.04., 32 bit version.

The problematic file is available here
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxv4jQ_04jXZaVR2ZHZGR0JLVFE/edit?usp=sharing

Symptoms:

Try to open the file from file manager or the program Open dialogue. Process
starts, use of CPU reach 98 %, then use of memory grows to 2,3 GB or something
similar and after about 5 minutes program crashes. If started from terminal it
crashes with message
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
what():  std::bad_alloc

The problem is 100 % repeatable on this computer.

Libreoffice 4.2.0.0.beta2 can open file, but daverage () function do not shows
reasonable results. Apache OpenOffice.org 4.0.1 opens file easily, all formulas
and charts are in place and results are correct.

I have quite many such files, the most of them are much bigger, so I think it's
quite serious regression in Calc module.
