It's better to use the directory (if it exists) of the actual document for
relative paths, according to an upcoming educational material
(http://www.numbertext.org/tmp/librelogo_oktatasi_segedanyag_v3.pdf), too.
Test
The following LibreLogo program saves the test.svg in the user root directory
instead of the directory of the document:
PICTURE 'test.svg' [ CIRCLE 60 ]
