Looks like this is affecting multiple pages of ours, including the Nabble
mailing list interface:
https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/nabble-mailing-list-interface/

It appears that the best-practice is for us to use secure (HTTPS) content in
these situations (perhaps putting in a request upstream for non-TDF infra when
necessary)
