Problem description: Whenever the user selects "Ope..." from the main window,
it is too small to be useful. So after carefully selecting Details view,
arranging columns and sizing the window to be useful, the next time it is
opened it has lost all those settings.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Select 'Open..."
2. ....See dialog box
3. ....Make changes and close
4. ....Open it again
Current behavior: Does not save settings
Expected behavior: Should open with saved settings.
Operating System: Windows XP
