Thank you for responding to my query.

While waiting for your reply I decided the program does not recognize 
the Mac spreadsheet so I exported it as an excel (.xls) document, and so 
far that seems to work to the extent I would expect. The Numbers sheet 
had a pull down menu in one column that didn't carry over and I can't 
figure out how to do that, Yet.
