It is impossible to change decimal seperator for Latvian locale to ".". Period
symbol is used everywhere, but LibreOffice interprets it as a text. Checking or
unchecking "Same as locale setting" box has absolutely no effect.
This bug was keeping me and my clients away from Openoffice, and now I see that
nothing has changed in 5 years and in Libreoffice as well.
