Problem description:
Upon new installation of LO 4 and JRE 7, LO cannot find jre. Error messages
are not detailed enough to locate the file that it wants.
Steps to reproduce:

Current behavior:
Expected behavior: I expect that if LO needs JRE to function, it will find that
programs it needs if I install them in their default configurations. The bug
is in the development process.
