Confirming.

Believe this relates to work done to integrate IAccessible2 as alternative to
Java Access Bridge for assistive technology tools support.

In tweaking things, in the 4.2.0 builds, Java is set active to support Java
Access Bridge by default, and the Tools --> Options --> Accessibility "Support
assistive technology" is checked active.

Having the JAB based assistive technology support is of mixed benefit,
simplifies things for folks using an AT, but it imposes JRE overhead of running
the JAB.

Andras's past work on bug 39833 is no longer being honored. Of course in
current builds of master this is mute-as the JAB based support for AT has been
removed and the native IAccessible2 support only activates when an AT is
detected active.
