Problem description:
when you are dragging the scrollbar to move around a sheet, the sheet display
gets corrupted until you release the scrollbar: while you are holding the
scrollbar it does not show what you should see in the part of the sheet you are
moving to, but a corrupt and false repetition of what was in the cell range you
started from. This was not happening in 4.1.2 and previous releases.
