Problem description:
Function does not work "Down one level up"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a numbered list
2. Push Demote One Level
3. not work
Current behavior:
The text is indented, there renumbering (from 2 to 1, etc.)
Expected behavior:
Pproiskhodit renumbering (from 2 to 1.1, etc.)
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.2.0.2 rc
