Problem description: 
"30.4.13" Is a perfectly valid and non-ambigious date format, and should be
understandable by the date formatting system.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a table in a writer document.
2. Write "30.4.13" in a cell
3. Select said cell and format it with any date code

Current behavior:
Output gets the day correct, but the month is december and the year is 1899.

Expected behavior:
Date should be interpreted as 30th April 2013.
